Job description

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Process Architect to transform and scale Adobe's global Sales processes. This role will design, optimize and reimagine sales processes and capabilities to enhance the seller experience, streamline operations and fuel revenue growth. You will lead cross functional efforts to architect scalable solutions that empower sellers to be more effective and efficient.

What you'll Do

  • Architect the future state sales processes & capabilities to drive scale, compliance and agility

  • Define & maintain the roadmap of capabilities, process improvements and initiatives needed to achieve the future state

  • Drive process definition and governance across the seller lifecycle

  • Partner with Sales Ops, Legal, and Product teams to ensure processes are intuitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals

  • Convert process designs into initial business requirements for technology teams

  • Develop and deploy tools, playbooks, and programs that increase seller productivity and performance.

  • Drive adoption of CRM, automation, and analytics platforms to reduce manual effort and improve seller outcomes.

  • Establish benchmarks and KPIs to measure productivity and process effectiveness.

What you need to succeed

  • 10+ years of progressive, cross-functional experience in Business Architectureand Process Improvement, driving enterprise transformation and operational excellence.

  • Experience with Sales processes and systems at SaaS companies

  • Expertise with CRM- either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics

  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating senior leaders and large cross-functional groups, using collaborative methods to align on strategy, process design, and measurable outcomes.

  • Broad and practical knowledge of business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, including capability mapping, value streams, operating models, and process documentation standards.

  • Proven ability to infuse AI and automation into process design, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Strong capability to translate between detailed process analysis and strategic enterprise connections, linking business strategy to execution and measurable value.

  • Recognized inspiring leader in driving business architecture maturity, process excellence, and digital transformation practices across the organization.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence collaborators, and foster alignment at all levels of the enterprise.

    • Six Sigma certification strongly desired

    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $135,400 -- $264,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $182,900 - $264,800

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
