Job description

The Opportunity
This is a foundational, high-impact role. As one of our first SDR hires, you won't just be generating leads-you'll be helping define the entire sales motion from the ground up.
You'll work closely with our founding AE team to shape our go-to-market approach, influence our sales strategy, and set the standard for every SDR and AE who joins after you. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in early stage environments, loves owning the full sales process, and gets energized by autonomy, ambiguity, and momentum. If you're excited to hunt, build, experiment, and win... this is the role for you!
We care a lot about building a strong in-person culture, and we're very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week - that's important to how we operate and scale right now.
What You'll Do:
  • Product Testing and QA: Actively test product modules, identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Feedback Management: Engage with customers to collect detailed feedback, ensuring a clear understanding of their pain points and desired improvements.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and escalate product issues based on customer impact.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Clearly document product issues, maintain QA logs, and regularly communicate findings internally.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive expertise in Reevo's platform to serve as a resource for customer inquiries and internal teams.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to qualify potential leads and generate new opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage prospects to assess their fit and readiness, effectively qualifying and setting meetings for the sales team.
  • Market Research: Regularly research target markets, companies, and personas to refine outreach strategies and messaging.

Who You are:
  • Sales Tools Expert: You are very knowledgeable of sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, Smartleads, Instantly.ai, Gong, Fireflies and other sales software / tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail and thoroughly document product issues and feedback.
  • Product Curious: You proactively explore product features, test functionalities, and quickly identify gaps or bugs.
  • Customer Advocate: You prioritize customer experience, providing insightful feedback that improves user satisfaction.
  • Effective Communicator: You clearly articulate issues and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Problem Solver: You creatively troubleshoot and propose actionable solutions for immediate product improvements.
  • Driven Prospecting Mindset: You proactively identify new business opportunities through research and strategic outreach.
  • Resilient and Persistent: You confidently engage with prospects through cold outreach and handle objections effectively.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1-3 years in SDR, QA, customer support, or related roles, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification preferred.
  • Experience using a variety of sales software/tools (CRM, Notetakers, Prospecting/Engagement, enrichment, etc.)
  • Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Customer-first mindset, consistently advocating for product improvements that enhance user experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and effectively manage competing priorities.

What We Offer:
  • Compensation: A highly competitive base salary and transparent commission structure, and early-stage equity that aligns your success directly with the company's growth.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Competitive health, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off (PTO), and other valuable perks designed to support your well being.
  • Growth & Development: Clearly defined career advancement paths, dedicated mentorship opportunities, and a strong commitment to investing in your continuous professional development and skill enhancement.
  • Dynamic Culture: Join a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced work environment where your direct contributions have a tangible and immediate impact on the product, the sales strategy, and the overall company trajectory.
