The Sales Operations Analyst will be a key member of the Sales Operations organization, which drives all sales enablement functions (i.e. sales strategy, data analytics, sales operations and support, systems/CRM, compensation, training, other) of the Company.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive planning and execution of the Company's sales strategy by working closely with our sales leadership team
  • Oversee our target account strategy, define sales objectives and KPIs and work with the sales team to ensure milestones are achieved and set corrective action items if needed
  • Effectively use internal operational data and external market and competitor data to evaluate historical performance and to guide our sales team to reach their objectives
  • Provide strategic and analytical support to our sales organization and senior management
  • Review pipe and material (inventory & build) to make a decision/recommendation as to which accounts/end users will receive priority for materials
  • Hold calls with region(s) to manage/prioritize opportunities in the Sales Funnel
  • Lead annual sales budget and monthly forecast
  • Manage the development, implementation and tracking of the sales organization's KPIs
  • Participate in the weekly manufacturing meeting providing guidance on manufacturing builds/reductions based on market demand
  • Build executive reports and dashboards in excel that clearly and concisely summarize data and results
  • Create presentation decks in PowerPoint and effectively provide insight and recommendations to the executive team
  • Lead a variety of ad hoc projects that may involve multiple departments and assignments
  • Drive process improvement and controls
  • Required to provide analytical support to people outside the sales organization as needed
  • Become very proficient with Salesforce
  • Coordinate bid packages and proposals as needed
  • Assist in the training and development of new analysts if required
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
