WHAT YOU WILL DO

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative, operational, and analytical support to the Regional Sales Operations department. This role contributes to the day-to-day execution of sales, marketing, and merchandising initiatives while assisting field sales personnel with a variety of assignments. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting Sales Operations, Dealer Marketing (T3) Coop programs, Regional Market Support Programs (MSP), and the preparation of key performance reports. The position also builds, creates, and delivers sales analyses and summarizes data findings for executive review, while performing reconciliation activities for various regional programs to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, compliance, and timely completion across various departments.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Prepare, update, and distribute reports and presentations for DSMs, Regional Leadership, Dealers, and National teams to support strategies and management initiatives.
  • Extract, analyze, and report data using internal and external systems including SAP, CAARS, Market View, VINS, Tableau, PowerPoint, Alteryx, and AS400.
  • Serve as point of contact for incentive offers, rules, and systems, including Market Inc.
  • Support regional and national initiatives through tracking, reporting, and adhoc analysis.
  • Reconcile MSP reports and perform postprogram analysis.
  • Run multisystem data queries, import into Excel, reformat data, and present insights via PowerPoint.
  • Build, analyze, and deliver sales and marketing presentations for market reviews, dealer and regional meetings, HDAA, OCM, and adhoc requests.
  • Process payments to dealers and sales personnel in support of MSP, PEP, and related programs.
  • Monitor regional and district KPIs including sales performance, lead management metrics, T3 Coop, PEP, and response times.
  • Provide administrative support during DSM absences as needed.
  • Support T2/T3 marketing activities such as website audits, secret shopping, and traffic monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned reports, data pulls, reconciliations, and tracking activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Operate as a support role delivering daytoday tasks and analyses with some autonomy while working under general supervision.
  • Perform additional operational, administrative, and coordination duties to support Regional Sales Operations without exercising independent management judgment.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
  • Must be a high school graduate.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least five years of experience of which at least three years of directly related experience are in automotive is preferred.
  • Experienced in industry knowledge and automotive retail knowledge.
  • Automotive retail experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrates a sound understanding of dealership sales/service/parts operations and financial services; uses knowledge and experience to improve operational performance.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate/advanced computer and analytical skills required (Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of SAP a plus).
  • Advanced knowledge of HMA program communication, program coordination, problem identification, and finding solutions are all expected in this position.
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to identify and solve difficult problems.
  • Possess customer-minded competencies to understand customer needs and expectations to develop and implement solutions to meet the customer needs.
  • Proven track record of driveing results and success and ability to maintain stability of performance under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations (verbally and visually) to Region Leadership.
WHAT HYUNDAI CAN OFFER YOU
  • Compensation Range: $75,400.00 - $104,000.00 annual base salary
  • Monthly Hyundai/Genesis vehicle lease allowance (including insurance and maintenance)
  • Holiday Pay - the company shuts down with pay between Christmas and New Years.
