  • Monitor customer orders, shipments, and delivery activity
  • Maintain product, inventory, and order information
  • Coordinate product sample requests from submission through delivery
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Planning, and Product Development teams


What We're Looking For

  • Recent college graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies
