We’re seeking an exceptional Sr. Manager, Sales Operations to lead our dynamic sales operations team and drive operational excellence across the entire sales lifecycle. In this critical leadership role, you’ll oversee Transaction Operations, Order Operations, Title Operations, Controls & Compliance, and Product/Project Management—ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery while scaling our operations for rapid growth.

This is a high-impact position where you’ll lead a talented cross‑functional team, partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, and Delivery, and directly influence the customer experience through operational innovation and process excellence.

What You’ll Do Lead & Inspire a High-Performing Team
  • Manage and develop teams across Transaction Operations, Order Operations, Title Operations, Controls & Compliance, and Product Management
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Optimize team workflows to ensure efficient task distribution and execution
Drive Operational Excellence
  • Own end-to-end sales operations processes from contract execution through registration and title transfer
  • Ensure registration completion and maintain rapid case resolution
  • Oversee order finalization, contract validation, and payment processing across SAP and Salesforce
  • Manage complex customer escalations and buyback processes
  • Coordinate title operations including trade intake, lien payoffs, and wholesale partner fulfillment
Ensure Compliance & Controls
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations across all jurisdictions
  • Oversee bank and lienholder title management and reporting
  • Manage DMV vendor relationships, transaction reconciliation, and financial controls
  • Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness across all operational processes
  • Lead vendor onboarding for new states and DMV/registration services
Innovate Through Technology & Automation
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritization for operational systems and tools
  • Partner with IT to drive automation initiatives that eliminate manual workflows
  • Lead UAT, system implementations, and change management for new technologies
  • Define success metrics and maintain operational dashboards and reporting
Execute Strategic Initiatives
  • Create detailed program timelines and project plans for market expansion and new location launches
  • Lead cross-functional projects including incentive programs, fleet operations, and return processes
  • Develop and document scalable end-to-end processes with clear interdependencies
  • Partner with Training & Enablement to roll out new processes and system updates
  • Provide executive-level status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Automation
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional operations teams in fast-paced environments
  • Deep automotive operations expertise including registration, titling, DMV processes, and compliance
  • Strong technical proficiency with Salesforce, SAP, and operational management systems
  • Multi-state compliance knowledge and experience navigating complex regulatory requirements
  • Vendor management experience coordinating with external partners and service providers
  • Understanding of Buyback, Customer Return, and Lemon Law processes and procedures
  • Expertise in contract validation, tax/fee calculations, and financial reconciliation
  • Track record of successful system implementations and process automation initiatives
