Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY

The Fitness Operations Attendant supports the daily operations of the Medical Fitness Center by delivering a high-quality member experience, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and ensuring efficient front desk and facility operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for members and guests, reinforcing customer service standards while supporting medically integrated fitness programming and operational readiness across the facility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Member Services / Front Desk Operations:Greet and check in members; ensure accurate attendance tracking. Assist with point-of-sale transactions and member account management using fitness software (front desk role).
  • Facility Operations:Open and close facility as per department policyMaintain cleanliness and organization across facility spaces. Restock towels, cleaning wipes, and supplies.
  • Safety & Compliance:Perform regular walkthroughs to identify cleanliness or safety issues. File incident reports when neededSupport emergency response activities in accordance with established facility policies
  • Maintenance & Issue Resolution:Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs.

EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Associates Preferred

EXPERIENCE
  • 1 year, Customer service or facility operations experience Preferred
  • 1 year, Fitness or medical fitness environment. Preferred

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) - Certification, CPR/AED Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification, Required
