  • Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend adjustments based on performance insights and strategic business objectives.

Commercial Operations & Systems

  • Build, optimize, and oversee sales operations infrastructure and reporting ecosystem, including CRM processes, data governance, and reporting accuracy and both field and executive level reporting.
  • Ensure high data quality, consistent field reporting, and effective use of commercial tools
  • Support field onboarding, training, and adoption of systems to drive productivity and execution
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives as the organization scales

Analytics, Data and Performance Management

  • Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance dashboards for the field organization and executive management.
  • Build out reporting environment and data warehousing ensuring unified data utilization across all parts of the organization.
  • Deliver actionable insights into sales performance, customer adoption, loyalty, and growth opportunities

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or related roles
  • Required experience within biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations; aesthetics experience strongly preferred
