About the Role:

As Director of Sales, you'll join the senior leadership team and drive a strong sales culture, fostering collaboration across departments to create a sense of "one team" while building client relationships and unlocking new business opportunities..

You’ll take ownership of sales targets and performance, creating and implementing plans for short, medium and long-term success, and monitoring results across all relevant KPIs.

You’ll focus on the corporate and MICE markets, maximising yield in alignment with strategic goals. You’ll also ensure marketing and promotional content remains up to date and engaging across all channels.

You’ll manage your time across a range of activities including client visits, telesales, FAM trips, showrounds, and campaigns—working closely with central support and property teams to convert leads, cross-sell, and deliver standout experiences for new and returning clients.
