The Sales Support Specialist is a detail-oriented and process driven role supporting the Centurion sales organization through CRM optimization, sales operations, reporting, contract administration, and process improvement. This role will work closely with Sales Leadership, Account Managers, Marketing, and Legal to improve the efficiency, visibility, and performance of the sales process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, and able to turn data, processes, and reporting into actionable insights. This position is critical in helping the sales team reduce manual tasks, maintain clean data, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify opportunities for growth within current client accounts.

Responsibilities

Sales Operations Support

Manage sales funnel reporting and forecasting reports for Leadership.

Support new contract and contract renewal administration, ensuring proper documentation, tracking and follow-up.

Assist with process mapping across the organization to identify inefficiencies, bottleneck and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and support scalable sales processes that improve team productivity, accountability and reporting accuracy.

Analyze sales activity, client data and account trends to identify new growth opportunities within current client relationships.

HubSpot / CRM Management

Identify and implement process improvements using HubSpot functionality, including automation, workflows and tools.

Help document and standardize CRM processes for consistent use across the sales team.

Maintain and improve CRM data quality through ongoing data hygiene processes.

Create, update and manage reports/dashboards for sales activity, pipeline visibility and performance metrics.

Support Marketing initiatives through HubSpot integrations, campaign tracking, lead flow management and sales/marketing alignment.

Provide ad hoc reporting, analysis, and administrative support to Sales Leadership as needed.

All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

At least three years of experience in sales support, sales operations, CRM administrator, marketing operations, or business operations or related experience is required.

Hands-on experience with HubSpot strongly preferred; experience with similar CRM platforms may also be considered.

Strong understanding of CRM data management, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and automation.

Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear insights, recommendations, and process improvements.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and internal stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Education and Qualifications

Associate's degree in business or related field is required, or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
