Job description

Milacron is looking for a Sales Operations Senior Manager to join our team in Batavia, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for leading aftermarket inventory and pricing strategy, supporting strategic account growth, driving reporting and analytics, and ensuring parts availability and fulfillment performance for key customers.
Work You'll Do:
Lead aftermarket inventory strategy, safety stock planning, and parts availability initiatives to support customer service and revenue growth.
Partner with Strategic Account Managers, Outside Sales, and Inside Sales teams to provide account insights, reporting, and growth recommendations.
Build and maintain aftermarket dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics that support business and customer decision-making.
Provide strategic oversight of aftermarket pricing programs, discount structures, and pricing recommendations in partnership with the AI-Enabled Pricing Analyst.
Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to improve fulfillment performance, customer satisfaction, and aftermarket growth.
Qualifications:
Must-have qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales operations, strategic account management, customer analytics, aftermarket operations, or supply chain operations within an industrial manufacturing or capital equipment environment.
Experience supporting strategic account growth, customer partnerships, or key account planning initiatives.
Experience with ERP systems and order management, inventory, fulfillment, or parts availability processes.
Strong reporting and dashboard development experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and executive-level reporting.
Experience leading, managing, or developing direct reports or analytical talent.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external customers.
Preferred / nice-to-have qualifications
Experience supporting an aftermarket parts or service business.
Experience in a private equity-owned manufacturing environment.
Background in plastics processing equipment, injection molding, extrusion, or related industries.
Experience with installed-base reporting, customer lifecycle management, or strategic pricing initiatives.
MBA or equivalent business training.
