Job description

To contribute to the achievement of thecompany's sales objectives by acquiring new clients, developing existingaccounts, and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfactionwith our services and long-term business retention.
Key Responsibilities

Generate sales to achieve set targets and maximize profitability.
Identify and secure new sales opportunities with potential and existing customers.
Maintain close follow-up with clients to ensure service satisfaction and retention.
Establish and maintain effective communication with relevant internal departments (operations, logistics, customer service).
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare reports and forecasts for management review to assist in strategic planning.
Ensure product knowledge is current and aligned with market trends and competitor offerings.
Support and promote digital platforms and value-added services offered by the company.
Actively contribute to cross-sales efforts and meet assigned KPIs.
Participate in trade shows and industry events to network and promote the company's services.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs to enhance service offerings.
Educate clients about shipping solutions, pricing structures, and regulatory requirements to facilitate informed decision-making.
Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies accordingly.
Address and document client feedback to improve services and enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive sales.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
