We are seeking a diligent, passionate, positive, and goal-oriented Biologics Marketing and Sales Manager to join us as we continue to grow our business.

Position Overview


Hans Biomed USA is seeking a high-performing Aesthetics Sales Manager to lead our national sales team in the fast-growing medical aesthetics market. In this key leadership role based in Santa Fe Springs, California, you will drive revenue growth and market expansion for our flagship aesthetic portfolio, including MINT PDO threads (the only PDO thread line with triple FDA clearances), klrdie skin boosters, MINT Microcannulas, TargetCool cryotherapy devices, and other innovative regenerative and aesthetic solutions. The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with deep industry relationships who can inspire a team, exceed aggressive targets, and strengthen our position as a leader in non-surgical facial rejuvenation and tissue regeneration.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, mentor, and develop a national team of Aesthetics Sales Representatives while setting clear performance goals and providing ongoing coaching and training on our product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed annual revenue targets across aesthetic clinics, medspas, dermatology practices, and plastic surgery offices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, KOLs (key opinion leaders), and high-volume customers while identifying new business opportunities in the aesthetics market.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, and global HQ in Korea to ensure compliant product positioning, promotional materials, and successful new product launches.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to refine territory strategies, pricing, and promotional programs that maximize growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, hands-on training sessions, and educational workshops for healthcare providers on MINT PDO thread techniques and complementary aesthetic solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics (KPIs), pipeline health, and forecasting while implementing corrective actions to address gaps.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with FDA regulations, industry standards, and internal policies regarding product claims and promotions.
  • Travel extensively (up to 50%) to support field teams, close major deals, and attend key industry conferences and trade shows.


Qualifications and Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience in the medical aesthetics or medical device industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in aesthetics (experience with PDO threads, thread lifts, skin boosters, or injectables is strongly preferred).
  • Established network of relationships within the U.S. aesthetics community (clinics, medspas, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons).
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and travel as needed.
