Position Summary

The Sales Estimating Coordinator is responsible for preparing accurate, timely proposals for Walmart remodel projects using established pricing guidelines, SOPs, and estimating tools. This is an execution-focused position designed for someone who enjoys organization, detail, and process. You will work closely with the Senior Sales Estimator & Business Development Manager, allowing that role to focus on customer relationships, pricing strategy, and business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Create and maintain opportunities in the company's CRM.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs using company procedures.
  • Apply established pricing guidelines and production rates.
  • Prepare proposal packages, scope letters, and bid forms.
  • Maintain bid logs and proposal files.
  • Verify proposal accuracy before submission.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to obtain required information.
  • Use company-approved AI and estimating tools to improve efficiency while verifying all outputs for accuracy.
  • Meet all bid deadlines and maintain complete documentation.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read construction drawings (training provided).
