Job description

We are a large growing controls contractor that works on many hvac-controls projects. This is a full-time position with great benefits, retirement package, and plenty of room for career growth. Responsibilities: Prepare Controls Estimate take-offs.

Coordinate with general contractors, primary mechanical contractors, designers and engineers on identifying changes or modifications for estimates. Meet with clients, Engineering, Estimating, and Sales departments to develop and evaluate necessary data that needs to be gathered for an effective, profitable winning bids for upcoming projects and Requirements: Local Stable work history. 3+ years of Estimating field experience working on controls/building automation projects.

Knowledge in: OSHPD, Title 24, and other CA-State Building Codes are preferred. Software knowledge in Mechanical systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), and other estimating software are a plus.
