Manage and grow a portfolio of existing strategic customer accounts. Build relationships with engineering, procurement, and operations stakeholders. Identify new applications and opportunities for custom metal manufacturing solutions. Present technical solutions and communicate product capabilities to customers. Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to develop manufacturable solutions. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations. Support customers from initial concept through production launch. Develop and maintain customer pipelines, forecasts, and CRM data.
