Tineco Intelligent Inc. is seeking a strategic, results oriented Senior Sales Director, USA to lead sales strategy, revenue growth, and key retail partnerships across the United States. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding retail and distribution partnerships, executing go-to-market strategies, and leading a high performing sales team.

As a key member of the sales leadership team, the Senior Sales Director will be expected to balance strategic leadership with hands on execution. This is a player-coach role requiring active involvement in managing key customer relationships, leading negotiations, developing account strategies, analyzing business performance, and partnering cross functionally to deliver results. Depending on business needs and the candidate's experience, this role may also support or assume responsibility for the Mexico market as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the U.S. sales and go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Own the overall performance of the U.S. business, ensuring achievement of annual sales targets and key business metrics.
  • Personally lead and manage relationships with strategic retail partners, distributors, and key accounts, serving as the executive point of contact for the business.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans with key customers, including sales strategies, promotional initiatives, assortment planning, and joint business development activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, sales channels, and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Remain actively involved in account management, retailer meetings, business reviews, negotiations, and problem resolution, while providing leadership and direction to the sales team.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high performing team by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering accountability and professional growth.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to successfully execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and business initiatives.
  • Own sales forecasting, demand planning inputs, budgeting, and business performance analysis, using data to identify opportunities and drive informed business decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Drive operational improvements that enhance retailer service levels, sales execution, and overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams in both the United States and China to align regional execution with global business priorities.
  • Support the continued growth of the business in Mexico, with the opportunity to expand regional responsibilities based on business needs and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within consumer electronics, home appliances, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Proven success managing large national retail accounts and executing sales strategies within the U.S. market.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining actively engaged in day-to-day business execution and customer management.
  • Strong knowledge of retail distribution channels, forecasting, account planning, and joint business development.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high growth organization where adaptability and a hands-on approach are essential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship building skills.
  • Experience supporting business development or retail partnerships in Mexico is a plus.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 20%, with occasional international travel as business needs require.

Salary Range: $185,000-225,000
