Based mostly in Olympia with travel to Tacoma, this role is perfect for outgoing retail, hospitality, or customer service pros looking to build a professional sales career!
Description for Inside Sales Coordinator:
  • Staff a professional showroom to engage visitors and generate high-quality leads.
  • Educate potential customers on high-end patio and hardscape options.
  • Manage daily scheduling for installation crews, sales leads, and office staff.
  • Attend regional community events and pop-up promotions from Olympia to Tacoma.
  • Support daily office operations including data entry and inventory tracking.

Details for Inside Sales Coordinator:
  • Pay Range: $22.00 / hour + $100 uncapped bonus per converted lead!
  • Schedule: Dynamic schedule with 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM availability (30-40 hours/week).
  • Requirement: Weekends are required due to peak customer traffic.
  • Location: Mostly Olympia-based with regional travel to Tacoma.

Requirements for Inside Sales Coordinator:
