What Will You Do?
As a Sales Development Representative at RJ Young, you’ll be the driving force behind uncovering new opportunities and helping businesses modernize the way they work. In this role, you will:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through daily outreach and cold calling.
- Partner with territory representatives to develop strategies and close new business.
- Execute and refine RJ Young’s proven five-step sales process.
- Manage your pipeline, track activities, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and clearly communicate value propositions.
- Lead client meetings, prepare presentations, and close deals with confidence.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Stay ahead of the curve through ongoing training on products and industry trends.

- Copiers & Multifunction Printers (MFPs): Advanced print/scan technology for productivity
