About You
  • A quick learner who has strong communications skills and an ability to efficiently deliver the cove value proposition and handle objections.
  • A natural conversationalist, leveraging innate curiosity to establish rapport with prospects of any level, region, job function, and status as a decision maker.
  • A proficient researcher, able to flawlessly identify ICP qualities in a company, decision-making capabilities in a prospect, hierarchical structure in leadership, and relevant activity history in an account before beginning outreach to fully enrich your knowledge and grasp of the why/who/how/when triggers.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to multitask efficiently. Always aware of what's next on your list and the main priorities for the day.
  • Coachable: able to take feedback both critical and positive and execute on that.
  • Collaborative: not afraid to share your ideas and give feedback in a professional manner.
  • Competitive: willing to learn from hearing "no" to help fuel you to the rewarding future "yes" - gaining valuable and actionable account intel while being rejected is still considered a win!

Responsibilities
Report directly to the Manager of Sales Development, whose true passions are the art of cold calling and teaching others how to surpass their targets (seriously - he loves being an SDR). Through this role you will get engaged in our prospecting and sales process, learn how we go-to-market, operate within and help to enrich our CRM process, and generate opportunities that will help us to meet our growth targets. Although some processes will be in place, you will have a big role in defining and shaping these.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of marketing, inside sales or sales development related experience
  • Ability to demonstrate strong articulation of a product selling points via phone and email
  • Open to failure and rejection in the spirit of learning, progress, and resilience!
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly, summarize the contents of a discussion succinctly
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
  • Must be intellectually curious and want to receive/provide constructive feedback

OTE: $80,000-100,000 depending on experience.
