About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by building pipeline and generating new business opportunities. You’ll be on the front lines of the sales organization—connecting with prospects, identifying needs, and setting qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build pipeline through calls, email, video, and LinkedIn outreach (100–300 target accounts)
  • Engage prospects to uncover pain points and communicate value
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify and advance opportunities
  • Manage activities and pipeline within CRM and sales engagement tools
  • Consistently meet or exceed quotas for qualified meetings
  • Work onsite or be willing to commute to the Overland Park, KS office
