This helps prevent infections from spreading, supporting safer environments for patients and staff. Shyld AI operates at the intersection of robotics, artificial intelligence, and healthcare operations. Team members contribute to solutions that have a direct impact on care quality and operational performance.


Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Shyld AI. The SDR will identify and research target healthcare organizations, build prospect lists, and generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach. The role includes conducting discovery conversations, understanding prospect needs, and clearly articulating Shyld AI’s value proposition and product capabilities. The SDR will schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team, maintain accurate records in the CRM, and follow structured cadences to move prospects through the funnel. The position also involves collaborating with marketing and sales to refine messaging, share market feedback, and support continuous improvement of outreach strategies.


Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, with experience in engaging prospects, managing pipelines, and supporting quota-carrying teams.
  • Proven Lead Generation and Business Development abilities, including researching accounts, building prospect lists, and qualifying opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience selling into healthcare, medical technology, or B2B SaaS environments is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable with proactive outreach and high-volume prospecting.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Must be able to commute to our North Raleigh office for a hybrid work schedule.
