The Sales Development Manager is responsible for building, developing, and driving new business activity through a team of entry-level Business Development Representatives. This role focuses on coaching, accountability, and pipeline generation, ensuring consistent sales execution while supporting deal strategy and client acquisition in the light industrial staffing sector.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines sales expertise with daily mentorship to accelerate market growth and develop future Business Development Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Team Development
    • Train, coach, and mentor Business Development Representatives
