Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is excited about the opportunity to work with a high growth company that is positioned to lead a relatively untapped market. The SDR will be contacting Dentists across North America, and should be a well-organized, metrics-driven individual who enjoys a fast paced, highly collaborative work environment.
Our team believes deeply in developing talent and helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. Being paired with our senior sales team, this is an opportunity for you to further develop your sales skills, while being a valuable individual contributor to a growing sales team.
Responsibilities
  • Work with Sales Development Manager, VP of Sales, as well as our Regional Sales Directors daily
  • Help develop a strong territory plan, execute against campaigns, recognize competitors and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities across the entire sales team
  • Engage Dentists from any source, into a qualified Curve demo, by leveraging multiple channels of communication
  • Help maintain an immaculate CRM database
  • Log activity and help track prospects & opportunities inside Salesloft and Gong
  • Participate in weekly Sales Meetings, Pipeline & Activity Reviews, as well as Competitor Knowledge
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops teams to find, nurture, and qualify potential new leads and customers
  • Explain Curve Dental's approach to delivering an industry leading SaaS solution, future goals, vision and desired outcome. Increasing the opportunity for potential customers.
  • Goal is generating new outbound leads and setting business meetings for the senior sales team. Expected volume of 60 - 80 calls and emails a day.
  • Ongoing training on products, the company and understanding the marketplace

Skills and experience
  • 1-5+ years of direct B2B inside sales or business development experience
  • Experience with Salesloft and Gong
  • Formal Sales Training in Sandler Sales, Challenger or others a plus
  • Highly effective with successful sales lead generation activities
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, interpersonal and technical communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and business relationships
  • This position requires working in our Alpharetta, GA office 4 days/week.
