As a Commissions Analyst Sr, you will calculate commission/incentive award payments to sales personnel based on commission plan provisions. We will count on you to perform staff support activities needed for the development, implementation, communication and administration of sales commission or incentive programs, plans. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Receipt, review and enter into system of record sales requested adjustments to orders 
  • Ongoing review, update, and maintenance of commission database used to track & compute variable compensation and set sales quotas 
  • Ongoing review and analysis of compensation plan changes 
  • Provide subject matter expertise of department policies, processes, and systems

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance from four-year college or university 
  • Three years' experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP. 
  • Four years' working in a commissions role
  • Articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, presentation, persuasion and negotiation to achieve desired result
