About The Team
The Sales Compensation team partners with Finance, Revenue Operations, Human Resources, and GTM leaders to drive GTM teams towards effective results. The team is responsible for Outreach's GTM compensation plan design, policies, and execution. The team operates as part of the overall People & Places organization, working together as champions of promoting an environment that aligns to the Outreach values.
The Role
As a Senior Commission Analyst on the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent, and timely execution of sales compensation plans and processes. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate execution of the plans and identify opportunities for efficiencies. You will also support Xactly implementation through testing, provide coverage for other areas in Sales Compensation, and take on special projects. A strong understanding of compensation plan mechanics is essential to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives. The ideal candidate has a work ethic that prioritizes accuracy, efficiency, and meeting deadlines.
Location: Remote within the U.S. or hybrid at Outreach's Seattle or Atlanta offices
Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Administer the sales compensation plans, ensuring accurate and timely Xactly set-up, attainment reconciliations, and earning reviews

  • Identify operational issues and process improvements; collaborate with internal stakeholders as needed to development solutions

  • Support accruals and ad hoc reporting

  • Respond to employee questions regarding commission and policies in a timely manner

  • Document assigned sales compensation processes

  • Assist with Xactly implementation and/or reporting development

  • Ad-hoc projects and back-up for other team members

Our Vision of You
  • 3+ years of sales compensation experience

  • Xactly administration experience is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or related fields, or equivalent experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complete data into clear insights and actionable recommendations

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, modeling, etc.)

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement, operational excellence and supporting sales performance through data-driven solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply compensation policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance aligned to company guidelines

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively across departments are various levels of the organization

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, location and experience. Final offers are determined through a holistic assessment and will vary within the posted range. Your Recruiter will share specific details based on your location and role during the hiring process.
