Catering Sales Coach

$45,000/yr plus comission

Catering Coach
We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and reliable individual to fill the Catering Coach role. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a focus on efficient order coordination and team leadership. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless catering operations, maintaining inventory, and leading staff to deliver high-quality service. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Catering Coach role varies day to day. You may be responsible for any of the following duties on any certain day.

Duties: (full list of mixed duties)

Order Coordination & Communication:
  • Organize and track catering orders (time, date, address) using a whiteboard and calendar.
  • Post orders the night before, confirm details with stores and CSC, and assign drivers.
  • Primary contact for drivers and managers via WhatsApp; ensure clear communication across teams.

Inventory & Operations:
  • Collaborate with GM on store par levels and inventory needs.
  • Oversee order prep, execution, and ensure food quality and punctuality.
  • Maintain vehicles and handle driver payouts.

Scheduling & Availability:
  • Maintain open availability and communicate days off with GM.
  • Report on store activities and support pop-up events.

Leadership & Team Support:
  • Lead staff in executing orders with urgency and initiative.
  • Take charge in the absence of other managers and support company goals.
  • Participate in manager meetings and ensure smooth store operations.
