  • Verantwortung für einen definierten Produktbereich mit direkter Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung des Produktbereichs
  • Entwicklung zukunftsorientierter Produktinnovationen und Ausbau der Marktposition

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches und/oder kaufmännisches Hochschulstudium, z. B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Maschinenbau
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Praxiserfahrung im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
  • Erfahrung in der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung von Produkten, Märkten oder Geschäftsbereichen
  • Internationale Erfahrung im technischen Umfeld
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung
  • Technische Vertriebsstärke und Verständnis für Kundenanforderungen
  • Hohes Engagement und Motivation, ein Unternehmen aktiv operativ und strategisch weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung in internationalen Projekten
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen
