Responsibilities
  • Connect with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Prospect and generate new business through calls, referrals, networking, and leads
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions (auto, home, life, and commercial)
  • Educate customers on coverage options and provide value-based recommendations
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients
  • Follow up on leads and close sales to meet and exceed targets
  • Maintain strong relationships to drive retention and referrals

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license prior to starting
