Dick Van Dyke Inc. is seeking a motivated and customerfocused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our companyworking directly with customers, learning our products and services, and helping deliver an exceptional instore experience. We provide training on all products, services, and company policies to set you up for success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fastpaced retail environment, and takes pride in maintaining a professional, welcoming store environment.
Sales Associate Compensation
Dick Van Dyke Inc. allows the Sales Associate to choose between two methods of pay while starting out.

  • Base Salary: $32,000for the first 12 months of employment + 7% commission
((OR))
  • Straight 14% commission + training pay of $5400.00 over a span of 12 weeks

Sales Associate Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer customer questions and engage them with merchandise
  • Guide customers to appropriate products and services within the store
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
