We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Nissan of Decatur. Automotive experience is not necessary, but ideal. We encourage applicants with customer service experience, including call center representatives, retail sales associates, servers and hospitality professionals to apply with us. Your customer service experience is very valuable in this position. We will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the inโ€™s & the outโ€™s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
