Spa Facilitator  (Estimated earnings of $20–$21 per hour including tips)

Salamander Middleburg is seeking a professional and dependable Spa Facilitator to support daily spa operations and maintain the exceptional standards of our Forbes Five-Star luxury spa. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment and delivering exceptional guest service.

Compensation

$11 per hour base pay plus gratuities
Opportunity to earn $20–$21 per hour total compensation based on business levels and individual performance

Position Summary

The Spa Facilitator plays an important role in ensuring a seamless luxury spa experience by maintaining locker room facilities, assisting guests, and supporting daily spa operations. This position is essential to maintaining Forbes Five-Star cleanliness and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide spa facility orientation
• Escort guests and assign lockers
• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, lounges, and relaxation areas
• Stock towels, robes, beverages, and spa amenities
• Monitor spa areas to ensure safety and presentation standards
• Support guest flow and daily spa operations
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Promote spa services and retail offerings
• Maintain Forbes Five-Star service standards
• Respond professionally to guest requests
• Support spa leadership with operational tasks

Important Role Requirement

This position supports the Locker Room and requires maintaining guest privacy and comfort in gender-designated area.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Customer service, hospitality, fitness, or facilities experience preferred
• Professional demeanor and reliability required
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail

• Ability to work weekends and holidays
