Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field safety inspections and/or more formal audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Must be able and willing to engage negative behavior and/or conditions to complete resolution.

  • Investigate accidents and incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that safety is a top priority on the site.

  • Maintain accurate records of all safety-related incidents and activities โ€“ entering the approved data software for advancing and /or data retention.

  • Be capable of working with multiple subcontractors and their respective safety representatives.

  • Ability to work extended work hours during the week and/or possibly weekend (over 40).
