The Workplace Cloud & SaaS Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing CoinFlip's cloud-based workplace technologies, SaaS platforms are secure, scalable, and efficient, supporting seamless employee collaboration and productivity. 

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SaaS administration, Microsoft 365, cloud identity management, and workplace automation, with a strong focus on security and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: 

Cloud & SaaS Administration

• Lead the administration, optimization, and security of SaaS applications, including Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, and other workplace collaboration tools.
• Manage and enforce identity & access management (IAM) policies to ensure secure and appropriate access to cloud resources.
• Monitor and maintain cloud-based workplace infrastructure, including Entra and Single Sign-on (SSO) solutions.
• Work with IT and Compliance teams to ensure SaaS environments meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Workplace Technology & Automation

• Develop and implement workflow automation solutions using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or API integrations to improve productivity.
• Identify and deploy self-service IT solutions that enhance user experience while reducing IT support overhead.
• Evaluate and recommend new SaaS tools and cloud-based workplace solutions to improve business efficiency. 
• Drive technology adoption programs, ensuring employees get the most out of workplace tools.

Security & Compliance

• Enforce Zero Trust principles in SaaS environments, including MFA, conditional access policies, and least privilege access.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to implement and maintain data protection policies in cloud applications.
• Ensure backup, data retention, and disaster recovery strategies are in place for workplace cloud services.

Collaboration & Strategic Planning

• Partner with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to align workplace cloud strategies with business needs.
• Lead IT's collaboration with HR and People Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT support teams on cloud and SaaS best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ year's experience in cloud-based workplace technology management, SaaS administration, or IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint), SaaS administration, and IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of identity & access management (IAM), SSO, MFA, and security best practices. 
• Experience managing Entra and Google Workspace.
• Experience with IT automation and workflow tools (Power Automate, Zapier, or scripting in PowerShell/Python).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in cloud-based IT environments.
• Strong communication and ability to translate technical solutions into business value. 

Nice to have:

• Experience with zero-trust security models and conditional access policies.
• Experience with AI-driven automation and workplace technology enhancements.
• Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator, or AWS/Azure Fundamentals. 

Compensation:

Base Annual Salary: $24,000 - $42,000 USD
