We're partnering with an established leader in healthcare technology that develops software and data solutions used by healthcare providers to improve clinical, financial, and operational outcomes. As they continue to grow their commercial organization, they're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for key revenue-generating roles.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and has a track record of successfully hiring enterprise sales talent within the HealthTech or Healthcare SaaS space.

What you'll do

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
  • Recruit primarily for Account Executive positions focused on selling technology solutions into physician group practices, ambulatory care organizations, and community or regional healthcare systems.
  • Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing and networking strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient hiring process.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, provide regular recruiting updates, and influence hiring decisions through data and market expertise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HR, People Operations, and interview teams.

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting sales hiring.
  • Prior recruiting experience within HealthTech, Healthcare SaaS, Digital Health, or Healthcare IT organizations.
  • Proven success recruiting Account Executives or other quota-carrying sales professionals.
  • Experience hiring candidates selling into physician practices, ambulatory care, healthcare provider organizations, or hospital systems is highly preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior business leaders.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment capabilities.
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools.
