We are looking for a skilled Training Specialist to join our growing team. This is the ideal role for someone looking to combine their passion for learning, technology, and helping others succeed!

This role will contribute to shaping and implementing of training methodologies and will work closely with Delivery, Support, and Customer success teams.


Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical training on the KMS Lighthouse system to clients both virtually and in-person
  • Deliver and administer training on the KMS Lighthouse system to internal new hires as part of their initial onboarding
  • Create, maintain, and enhance training materials including knowledge articles, videos, and the training environments
  • Maintain the knowledge management system
  • Coordinating with cross-functional and global teams
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Support, and Customer Success teams to understand and bridge knowledge gaps

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience developing and delivering trainings
  • Prior experience delivering SaaS training preferred
