Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE
Hiring a Senior PMM + Growth Marketer to own how we show up to the market.
You'll lead positioning, run product launches, build the sales enablement toolkit, and concept brand campaigns that earn real attention. 80% of the role is core PMM. 20% is directing creative campaigns for social.
This is a high-ownership role. You won't just maintain messaging, you'll define it. You report to the CMO and work closely with the founding team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own positioning and messaging across all buyer types and verticals
    Develop vertical-specific narratives for healthcare, legal, automotive, insurance, utilities, and logistics
    Keep competitive differentiation sharp as the Voice AI landscape evolves
  • Lead product launches end-to-end
    Own strategy, narrative, and cross-functional coordination from brief to announcement
    Partner with DevEvangelist on the demo and technical content layer
  • Build sales enablement from scratch
    Run enablement sessions and keep the team equipped with the latest messaging
  • Drive customer and market insights
    Run ongoing discovery and translate insights into messaging that converts
    Build case studies and proof points across key verticals
  • Direct brand and social campaigns (20%)
    Concept campaigns and brief the creative team on execution
    Plan campaign bursts around launches, events, and AI industry moments

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must have
  • 5+ years of product marketing in B2B SaaS, developer tools, or AI infrastructure
  • Proven track record of owning launches end-to-end
  • Strong messaging instincts: knows what to say and how to brief others to say it
  • Experience building sales enablement programs from scratch
  • Comfortable with technical products

Nice to have
  • Experience in AI infrastructure, CCaaS, or contact center space
  • Background marketing to both technical and business buyers
  • Has directed social campaigns with real organic reach
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and POV on brand content
  • Startup experience
