SaaS Sales (Entry-Level)

About the Role

Talent Pathway is looking for a motivated, early-career professional to join our sales team as an ,Associate Sales- SaaS Product

in modern sales methodology, prospecting, and the full sales cycle while learning our ATS platform and the healthcare staffing industry we serve. This role is a launchpad, high performers will have a clear path to Account Executive within 12-18 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting Pipeline Generation Research and identify target accounts within healthcare staffing agencies and related HR/TA organizations.

  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads and set meetings for the sales team.

  • Qualify inbound leads and route them appropriately using established qualification frameworks.

  • Sales Skill Development Learn and apply core sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, or similar) under the mentorship of senior sales leadership.

  • Shadow demos and discovery calls to build product knowledge and sales technique.

  • Participate in structured onboarding and ongoing

  • coaching to progress toward a full sales cycle role.

  • CRM Reporting Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of prospect activity and pipeline status in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

  • Track personal activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked) against weekly and monthly targets.

  • Cross-Functional Support Work closely with Marketing to follow up on campaigns and inbound leads.

  • Partner with Account Executives to support deal progression and learn deal strategyfirsthand.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Coachable, curious, and resilient - comfortable with a high-activity, metrics-driven role.

  • Basic comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and everyday business software (training provided).

  • Genuine interest in pursuing a career in SaaS sales or technology sales.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship, part-time, or campus experience in sales, customer service, or business development. Familiarity with SaaS, HR tech, or the staffing/recruitingindustry.

Competitive mindset with demonstrated goal-orientation (e.g., athletics, campus leadership, sales competitions).
