What You'll Do
About the Team
The Enterprise Systems team at CoreWeave is responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling the internal platforms that power collaboration and productivity across the company. This includes tools like Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Asana, which support engineering, product, and business teams, as well as external partners. The team focuses on reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of internal tooling to enable teams to work efficiently and effectively.
About the Role
As a Productivity Platforms Developer, you will support the day-to-day administration and improvement of CoreWeave's collaboration and work management tools. You'll work closely with experienced engineers to maintain system reliability, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements that improve team workflows. This role involves hands-on configuration, user support, and exposure to automation and integrations. Over time, you will take ownership of specific tools and workflows as you build technical expertise.
Who You Are
  • 1-3 years of experience (or equivalent internship/project experience) working with SaaS platforms or internal tools
  • Hands-on experience administering or configuring tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar systems
  • Experience writing scripts or code in at least one language (e.g., Python)
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and ability to interact with APIs programmatically
  • Experience managing users, roles, and permissions in a SaaS environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across web-based platforms and integrations
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, or workflows within productivity tools
Preferred
  • Experience building automations or integrations between SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience working with tools like Slack, GitHub, or similar collaboration platforms
  • Atlassian certifications (e.g., Jira Administrator, Confluence Administrator)

The base salary range for this role is $109,000 to $160,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
