Job Summary

The Full Stack Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications that support operational readiness and training systems. The role develops frontend and backend SaaS solutions, collaborates with stakeholders, participates in Agile development, and implements modern web technologies and DevSecOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend web applications.
  • Build Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions using modern web technologies.
  • Develop React-based user interfaces following User-Centered Design (UCD) principles.
  • Develop RESTful web APIs using ASP.NET.
  • Participate in software architecture, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders through design sessions and software demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Git, and GitLab.
  • Troubleshoot containerized applications using Ubuntu Linux.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum activities including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
  • Research and implement emerging web technologies and best practices.
  • Support the complete software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-stack web development experience.
  • Experience developing React frontends using Material UI (MUI).
  • Experience developing REST APIs with ASP.NET.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with CI/CD or DevSecOps environments.
  • Experience with Docker, Git, GitLab pipelines, and Ubuntu Linux.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in Agile teams.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred or ability to obtain one.
  • Experience with MongoDB, AWS, Cypress, WebSockets, or graphic design tools is preferred.
