Position: Oracle Cloud SaaS Admin

Location: Remote (Occasional Travel to Client/Infosys Office as Required)

Duration: Long term contract

Note: Looking for Permanent / Visa Independent Consultants

Job Summary:

Client is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SaaS Administrator to support Oracle Fusion Cloud environments for Driscoll's. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, security, environment management, user provisioning, quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, release management, and operational support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS applications. The consultant will work closely with functional, technical, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure the stability, performance, and compliance of Oracle Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.
  • Manage Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Console, users, roles, privileges, and role assignments.
  • Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management.
  • Configure and maintain security roles, duty roles, data security policies, and custom roles.
  • Coordinate Oracle quarterly SaaS updates, patch validation, regression testing, and production readiness.
  • Manage environment refreshes, cloning activities, and configuration migrations using Functional Setup Manager (FSM).
  • Monitor environment health and coordinate issue resolution with Oracle Support.
  • Manage Oracle Cloud service requests (SRs) and work closely with Oracle Support for issue resolution.
  • Support application lifecycle management activities across multiple Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Maintain migration documentation, deployment plans, and release schedules.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams for deployments and configuration changes.
  • Support integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Identity Providers (IdP), and third-party applications.
  • Assist in audit compliance, segregation of duties (SoD), and security reviews.
  • Troubleshoot application access, authentication, authorization, and environment-related issues.
  • Develop operational procedures, runbooks, and administration documentation.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of Oracle ERP administration experience with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS Administration.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud administration.
  • Experience administering one or more Oracle Fusion Cloud modules:
    • Financials
    • Supply Chain Management (SCM)

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud integration.
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence.
  • Experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) fundamentals.
  • Experience with audit, compliance, and governance processes.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
