Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  2. Variance Analysis: Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying variances and trends, and providing explanations and recommendations to management.
  3. Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and strategic initiatives.
  4. Management Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and dashboards to management and key stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas of concern.
  5. Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and expenses across various business units and departments, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
  6. Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities and capital projects, conducting financial feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and risk assessments.
