Manager IT Finance (Westchester County NY)

The Manager IT Finance will be responsible for company-wide IT budgets, actuals and forecasts. The role will support the IT groups for day-to-day financial related tasks as well as projects requiring financial planning, analysis, and tracking and will prepare budget summaries, variance analysis and presentations. Liaison between the Corporate Finance Team and IT and will also need to work with Finance, Accounting and Procurement.

Key point of contact in the creation and management of IT budgets, quarterly forecasts and actuals, and upcoming year estimates for company-wide IT spending.
Works with IT senior management in developing budgets, actuals and forecasts strategies/analysis in line with the overall goals of the IT.
Interact with the departments heads of the IT groups and work routinely with other Finance and Business Planning groups to develop budgets and forecasts.
Prepare reports and commentary for IT spending for use in monthly reporting and quarterly updates to IT management and Corporate Finance.
Oversee the planning and management of staff, capital and operating expense analysis.
Lead IT groups in the quarterly budgeting and reforecasting.
Coordinate with IT project management teams to manage and reconcile project budgets.
Develop frameworks and processes for IT Financial Management in partnership with key stakeholders and implement ongoing improvements to the IT budgeting process.
Lead role in establishing IT Financial Management metrics, goals and objectives and benchmarks; report on success towards meeting key performance indicator targets on a regular basis.

Experience and Required Skills:
BS / MS with a minimum of 6-9 years of relevant IT financial management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology/medical device/manufacturing industry. Hands-on experience in Excel (Pivots, Vlookups etc.)  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

No Relocation candidates will be considered.
