We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Invictus team. This role is fully remote within the United States.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Conducts financial analysis to support client engagements, strategic initiatives, and internal business decisions.

  • Participatesin client meetings to understand financial and regulatory position, define analysis objectives, and establish deliverables.

  • Collaborates with bank clients to gather required data and inputs for analysis.
    Builds, updates, and maintains financial models to forecast performance, evaluate risk, and support capital planning.

  • Performs loan-level and portfolio-level analysis and prepares reports, dashboards, and client deliverables.

  • Supports the presentation and delivery of analysis results to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Works with clients on an ongoing basis to support implementation and integration of analytical findings.

  • Tracks and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
    Assists with budgeting, long-term planning, and forecast updates based on changing business conditions and market trends.

  • Identifies financial risks and contributes to the development of mitigation strategies.
    Ensures accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory expectations and internal controls.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to support operational and strategic initiatives.

  • Communicates financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within the finance function.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Generally,1-4 yearsof experience in Financial Analysis or Accounting.

  • Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, financial planning software).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

This job is non-exempt in Washington.
