Human Resources Advisor to Senior Management - Senior Level (S12)

Our HR Advisor to Senior Management will provide executive-level personnel administration, workforce management, and administrative support to leadership and staff across defense and space intelligence sectors.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
  • Track and process civilian, military, and contractor personnel actions and organizational records.
  • Support workforce management activities including billet tracking and personnel readiness.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, visitor control, and leadership task management.
  • Maintain personnel databases and support process improvement initiatives for workflow visibility.
Skills Required Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is required.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting HR, executive administration, or workforce support activities.
  • Experience supporting DoD, IC, U.S. Space Force, or related federal organizations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven track record improving HR workflow visibility and administrative processes.
