We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Branch Services Manager.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Branch Services Manager to oversee the management of the credit union imaging system, door access system, and alarm security for all branch locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a highly motivated, well-trained staff, maintaining effective employee relations.
  • Participates in the interviewing and selection of qualified applicants for vacancies.
  • Oversees the management of supplies, inventory control, incoming and outgoing mail processing, door access systems, and alarm security for all branch locations.
  • Handling of deceased accounts.
  • Manages the credit union imaging system and vendor relationships.
  • Conducts timely employee performance appraisals and recommends appropriate personnel actions.
  • Makes recommendation for appropriate personnel actions including corrective action or discipline.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of similar or related experience.
  • A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing preferred, but not required.
  • Customer service experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
