Campground Attendants usually handle maintenance, cleanliness, and basic customer service. Both roles are essential in outdoor hospitality settings, but Rv Hosts often have more guest-facing duties, while Campground Attendants focus on site upkeep.

Job description
Bring your own camper or RV to this unique opportunity to serve as the Campground Host at the Lake Reidsville Campground. In exchange for host duties, you will be provided a campsite in the campground, which includes free water, sewer, electrical and Wi-Fi. You will also be provided with a City-owned golf cart to assist you with the required tasks of this position.
Please note that there are weekend and holiday expectations related to this position, and you should expect to work most weekends and all holidays. You may be given priority ranking for any Camp Store vacancies that occur in the future, if you are interested in part-time wages. During the week, regular Parks and Recreation staff shall be responsible for cleaning and stocking the bathrooms and the bathhouse.
On the weekends, the Host is limited to minor upkeep, restocking, and sanitation roles in the bathhouse. These duties may include monitoring the state of supplies (i.e. toilet paper, soap, and towels), contributing to the general tidiness of the facility, emptying the trash containers, and reporting maintenance needs to park staff
Campground Cleanliness - The Host will maintain the campground by picking up litter, cleaning campsites, removing logs and ashes from campfire ring, tidying up bathhouses, replenishing restroom supplies, and performing minor repairs. On-call Status - The specific nature of the Host's on-call status will be determined through cooperation between the Host and Park staff. Parking Control - The Host will notify campers and their guests and visitors of the parking policy within the campground.
(See the current "Campground Rules" for details.) If visitors and guest fail to comply with the guidelines, the Host may notify the Reidsville Police Department for assistance in addressing the parking issues.
