So, who’s right for the job?

As an RV Technician, you will possess advanced diagnostic and repair skills or have a strong passion for resolving mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and maintenance issues. Your role involves expertly diagnosing problems by analyzing and testing the RV to identify the nature of the issue. You will then present job cost estimates and identify any necessary parts replacements to your service writer.

Your primary responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining recreational vehicles to ensure they are safe and functional for our customers. Your expertise will enhance the RV experience for our clients, allowing them to enjoy their adventures to the fullest. Ultimately, your goal is to help customers return to their dream RVs, creating lasting memories one weekend at a time!

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in RV repair preferred.
  • Proven experience as an RV Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent customer service skills to be able to interact with vendors and team members
