Egis US is actively seeking an experienced Construction Inspection Project Supervisor/Resident Project Representative to provide inspection services on locally, federally funded IDPW and INDOT road and bridge projects in the Central part of Indiana.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Observe the construction of road, bridge, storm sewer, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, and other public construction projects as the site representative

· Verify conformance with construction plans and specifications

· Maintain a daily record of work

· Attend progress meetings with team members

· Act as a liaison between owner, engineer, and contractor

· Maintain shop drawings and submittals

· Perform various testing as needed

· Review pay estimates and final construction documentation

Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· 7+ years’ experience with locally or federally funded road and/or bridge projects for a government agency or consulting engineering firm.

· Successfully completed the INDOT Certified Technician Program.

• Current with or can easily be brought current with the INDOT Testing Proficiencies.

· Experience with Site Manager Program and DPW CIP

· Familiar with all aspects of bridge and road construction.

· Must have a valid driver’s license
