Job Summary
The Roving Property Manager will be responsible for managing operations across multiple residential and/or commercial properties within a designated area. This role requires extensive travel between sites and the ability to adapt to different property needs. Key responsibilities include maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and upholding property standards. 


Responsibilities 
  • Advertise vacant properties+
  • Travel between assigned properties to manage and oversee day-to-day operations
  • Show properties to prospective tenants and inform them of all available amenities
  • Hold open houses
  • Qualify prospective tenants using background checks and references
  • Accept rental payments and provide receipts
  • Respond to tenant inquiries
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the local market and housing trends
  • Negotiate leasing terms and close deals
  • Inspect properties on a regular basis and schedule necessary maintenance/repairs
  • Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
  • Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
  • You will not be required to live on site. 

Qualifications
  • Proven working experience in property management
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills 
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required; bilingual abilities a plus
